This is a true Parisian neighbourhood market, where you can come and stock up on fresh produce if you're staying in a teeny, tiny apartment rather than a hotel. You'll feel like you're living your own version of a Parisian life.
With much of it local, the produce here is abundant and beautifully presented, like only the French could do.
There's all sorts of characters to notice as you walk around - the well-dressed, elegant older french ladies as they 'faire les courses' (do the shopping), the cheeky fruit vendor telling loud jokes, the lady at the bakery dishing out treats and smiles.
Weekends are when this market comes alive most, but it's open Tuesday to Sunday, 9am to 1.30pm.
