Les Piaules finds itself in the cool up-and-coming area of Belleville in Paris' east. This part of town doesn't come with a side of gold or marble, it's not that kind of Paris. If you're looking for a more 'locals' area, where young people really do live, hang out, eat, drink (some call it the Brooklyn of Paris), this is it.
