So it's not surprising to find a place like Crystal Castle here up in the hills above Byron, sprawling gardens celebrating all things spiritual, more specifically, crystals.

You'll find crystals the size of boulders, a healing rose quartz walk, a maze walk connected to a spiritual community on the other side of the world, a wishing tree, a Buddhist peace monument blessed in-person by the Dalai Lama, sprinklings of Australian flora and fauna, a cool and dark bamboo walkway and awe-inspiring views out over the surrounding valleys.
